How is the price worked out?
On chargeable weight — whichever is greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5,000) — plus the distance and the zones at each end. Every line is itemised on your quote.
What happens if nobody is home?
The courier records the failed attempt with a reason and we automatically schedule another. After 3 attempts the parcel returns to the sender.
Do I need an account to track a parcel?
No. The tracking number is all you need — paste it into the box on any page.
Can you collect cash for me?
Yes. Set a cash-on-delivery amount when you book and the courier collects it at the door. It is reconciled against that courier and settled to you.
