Template notice. This is a starting point written for the platform, not legal advice. Have it reviewed against your jurisdiction and insurer before you rely on it.

1. What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and the addresses involved in a shipment; the contents description, weight and dimensions you give us; payment records; and, where you are a courier, your location while you are on duty.

2. Why we collect it

To price, carry, track and prove delivery of your shipments; to take payment and issue invoices; to keep you informed about a shipment; and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Courier location data

While a courier is on duty their device reports its position so shipments can be tracked and routes sequenced. This is visible to our dispatch team and used to give recipients an accurate ETA. Location history is deleted after 30 days.

4. Who we share it with

Recipients see the sender name and the tracking history for their parcel. Payment providers receive the minimum needed to take a payment. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Shipment and financial records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. Location breadcrumbs are pruned after 30 days. Email we send is logged with a short excerpt for support purposes, not the full body.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us using the contact page.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a token to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed and never in plain text. Access to operational data is limited by role, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
